Terms and Conditions
ADDITIONAL SERVICES Additional exhibition equipment will be the responsibility of the booth holder to arrange. All items are to be delivered and collected within the times stated in the Exhibitors Information Pack. Peek Exhibition Equipment – Full catalogue will be supplied on confirmation of booth Peek Exhibition Dani Murray 027 500 6932 Dani.m@peek.co.nz Booths Individual booths are 3m x 1.8m, unless premium or previously arranged at another size. Exhibitors are not to encroach on other booths or egress routes either by the display of goods or the storage of items. All business activities of the exhibitor must be confined to the booth space rented. No business activities are to be undertaken in any aisles, lobbies or other areas of the Venue. All exhibit booths must be staffed appropriately throughout the posted times above. CANCELLATION No refunds will be made for cancellation of your exhibition space. The UFBA reserves the right to cancel the exhibition or conference in case of circumstances beyond their control. In such a case, all monies paid to date will be refunded in full. The liability of the organisers will be limited to that amount. CLEANING The pathways and egress routes of the exhibition area will be vacuumed / swept each night. The cleanliness of booths is the responsibility of the booth holder. Exhibitors will need to place rubbish directly in the rubbish receptacles provided. Neither the venue nor the UFBA will be responsible for tidying of the exhibition area. Conduct of Exhibitors No exhibitor shall place signs or distribute promotional material in any area outside of their booth without the express permission of the UFBA Events Team. NOISE Background music will be played in the exhibition area during break times, and announcements will be made over the internal sound system. The playing of music, sirens, lights, radios, communication devices, televisions, DVD, video or other noise or lightmaking devices will be strictly prohibited during the conference sessions. Exhibitors that fail to comply will be asked to remove themselves and the offending item from the exhibition for the remainder of the conference.
