Terms and Conditions
Refer to the registration pack for standard terms and conditions. Submitting your registration indicates that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them. CANCELLATIONS Should you for any reason need to cancel your registration, your fee will be retained, unless you can provide written evidence as to your poor health or extenuating circumstances that prohibit you from attending. Contracts with venues and catering providers often cannot be cancelled without penalty, and any costs may be passed on to the attendee. If you are not certain that you can attend, then do not register. All International cancellations and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
